sony cd changer

hi guys (and girls)
i have recently bought a cheep mini disc head unit off a mate who no longer wants it. it is a sony mdx-c5970r and has 2 pre outs etc and also can run a 10 cd changer.

can i run any sony cd changer off this unit ?????????? i am going to order off the internet so some help please !!!!!

if it is a changer controller then pretty much yes but i would confirm for sure it the head unit/changer combo your going to run will work
