I listed my car on the autotrader website yesterday. It sold today. 4 people contacted me about it. The 3rd guy just viewed it and bought it. He was here less than an hour and he didnt even try to lower the price. He actually said he was expecting to pay more! AND claimed it was the best hed ever seen!

I bought my Seicento yesterday for £2000
I sold my Brava today for £1700...bye bye sunny

Hmmmmm methinks you must have got a bit of stick for having a grown-up car and actually listened to it  No offence to Cento owners but a Bravo/a is usually the step up, so how come you've gone the opposite way?

Hope you have braced yourself for the move to the Cento bit anyway, it's not as genteel as we are :p

you bought a seicento?! do you think you're a 17 year old girl!! besides if you crash you'll die, and they are only fun to drive around the town, as soon as you get on a real road the fun is gone, and dont even try a motorway. its not the kind of car you should own after you pass your test. its not even a car really, more a disabled buggy with a roof. SELL IT NOW!!

you're right, the autotrader is an excellent place to sell cars. mine usually sell within 4 hours of the advert going online!! well worth every penny. so stick the sei in and get rid off it. :D

:tosser:

looks like someone is suffering from disabled buggy insecurity syndrome?

its not your fault, one day you'll have a real car :p

I like the look of the seicento...and thats about it. I much prefer my brava in pretty much every way it drives much nicer. I bought the seicento to save money. I was origionally getting a stilo but it would have put me in dept for the next two years. So i got the sei because its cheap to run, cheap and easy to mod and so i can get out of dept and start spending like a teenager again! Woo Hoo!!!

Its weird tho.....when my brava hit 90+ the whole car would start to shake badly. I got the sei upto 95 the other day and it didnt shake at all. freaky.

probably just your wheels needed balancing.

good point tho, if you're on a tight budget its a good car to have.

I agree on the wheels thing, mine is fine (it didn't like the standard wheels one bit though). Jug, we must be getting old and enjoying the comfort a little too much - would you care for pipe and slippers? ;) When I had a smaller car, yes it was nippy but boy was I glad to have this one back! Each to their own though :)

Pffft....Good luck with the Sei.

Im going to a Tipo for a while having driven a bucket seated Cinq for the last 2 years (100-300miles w'way per week)....I cant see me wanting to drive the Cinq again :p.

Nope, wait, yes I can ;) :D

I've driven on a couple of occasions (when insurance permitted) my mums tuned porsche boxster s with 300bhp and although it has seamless power and serious pull, it had me smiling, but my Sei has me laughing!!

Jug you talk as though you own a Ferrari (although their owners tend to be quite nice) and can look down on everyone, remember everyones different!

Few monts ago i have corsa b, is wery similar to seicento even more safe than seicento. Some old man (76 year old) hit diretcly to me .After the crash the result is like this, my codriver broke leg ,arm and have internal bliding. My opinion is that seicent is fun car but not safe like bravo. Good luck with new car and i hope that you will have more luck than i have.

Yeah when im driving it its clear its not very safe. If i put my foot fully down on the accelorator my foots actually on the wheel arch. Its weird to think that the only thing between your foot and the 13" wheels spinning at over 90 miles an hour down the motorway is just a tiny peice of metal lol

I couldnt agree more on the comfort side. When i got back in my brava it felt like a luxury cruiser compaired to the sei. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO comfortable!
