Technical software for 2004 uylesses 2.0 diesel

hi i am the proud owner of a 2004 ulysse (53 plate) 2.0 eleganza which i purchased as spares repair registered on jan 27th 2004 original fault was blown turbo now repaired i have random anti polloution fault messages and just once unblock diesel filter which has not reappeared i am at a loss whith the diagnostic side of things i have a trw easycheck handheld scanner which i can connect to ecu when eml light on 1 dtc found but wont tell me code or clear it using fes i cant connect to car as the ulysse is not listed on vehicle selection neither is it on latest multiecuscan it was my beleif that european cars diesel 2004+ were obd compliant is there any other software that works with elm327 gendan or vag/kkl interface thanks in advance
