Technical Slight vibration resonance while driving

Hi I have a ducatto 2016 Adria motorhome just passed its first MOT but it has developed a slight vibration resonance when driving at between 25 &60 mph it's ever so slight have got the front wheels balanced and garage though it could be the mount on the gearbox so it was changed but still same issue van drives great but it's annoying me this slight vibration any ideas guys

If tracking is done it could be a tripod or cv joint
