Fiat Abarth 595 2017 Selespeed Semi Auto

Hi Guys, hope someone can advise on what to try as a last resort.
We've got an Abarth 595 that is very slow to release the clutch and then suddenly wheel spins on acceleration.
Sometimes the car won't release the clutch at all but switching the ignition on/off 4/5 times gets it moving again but still very jerky.
So far we've changed evwrhing I can think at great expense
* New clutch position sensor/bearing
* New clutch
* New Flywheel
* Replaced the gear ECU
* NEW ECU
* Replaced the BCM
* Replaced solenoid actuators
* Even swapped the gearbox itself and even swapped the robot!

Obviously all the gearbox calibrations etc have been carried out.

With all these changes the problem remained exactly the same at each stage with no difference and no transmission light or fault codes.

Obviously I'm now at the stage where it's almost impossible to do anything but does anyone have any brainwaves with one last thing to try?

I've fixed these in the past with not really much drama but this one is a real mystery!

Those gearboxes are great when they work but when they don't they're a nightmare.Are you using Multi-Ecu scan? It has advantages more generic diagnostic systems don't have. With the ignition switch having to be switched on and off multiple times would lead me to battery volts or the common earthing lead issue. If you have tried these then I am afraid I am at a loss. You seem to have covered all the usual culprits.Best of luck!
