General Sitting comfortably - 127 seats

Wonder if anyone could help identify the front seats fitted a Fiat 500 I saw recently?

The vinyl/leather upholstered seats had no headrests but hinged forward where the (thin) squab meets the cushion (rather than the whole seat hinging forward from the front legs).

I can't remember if the owner said they came from a Fiat 126 or 127, but he said they fitted the 500 with little or no modification.

(I've been in touch with the 126 club and they say 126 seats tip forward from the front, rather than from the squab.)

So does this sound like a 127 seat?

127 seats: The whole seat pivots around the front of the frame. With regard to what fits a 500 I don't know, but a 126 is basically an updated 500 whereas the 127 is quite a different beast.

Yes they won't be 127 seats. As said above, the whole seat tilts forward on a front hinge - not from the squab.

Fiat 850 Sport or Fiat 124 Sport AC model had seats like you describe incl. no headrests. I'd guess 850 sport in terms of size and spacing of seat rails/runners.

door cards look correct - seats are NOT the same - however.. this could be due to model / spec. / market

hopefully a 127 person will know this..,


where are the parts located,

Charlie the parts are in Turku, Finland at 2-3 hours from Helsinki
