simple question needs answering?

the fullbeam light on my dash does not come on anymore.does this mean i need to change my main beam bulbs or that i have blown a fuse that activates them?

do i need to unscrew anything to get to the main beam or front lights in general?

Is it just the light on the dash that doesn't come on, or the main beam lights themselves ??

If it's just the dash light, you may need to replace the bulb behind it.. Means taking the dash apart.

You and me both! If yours is like mine we're in
stunph! Mines been like that for over a week now, The main beams and warning light on dash don't work. Tried everything I know of, fuses, bulbs,loose connections, if it moved I've wiggled it, no luck.I put this on earlier and had a coupla suggestions but to no avail.

the actual main beam is out aswell as the main beam light indicator on the dash.

this means when i try to flash someone the beam doesnt work nor does the light on the dash.

i guess what im trying to find out is either.

1.when your main beam bulbs blow does this automatically disable the corresponding light on the dash?so if i change both bulbs will everything work again?

2.if there is a blown fuse for my main beams does this also disable the relevant light on the dash?again if i change the relevant fuse will this make both my main beams and dash indicator work again?

or are my problems far worse?

Sounds like you have a faulty stalk to me!

Replace the headlight/indicator stalk with one that works! Done this a couple of times myself!

If your full beam is not working and your full beam sign on your dash aswell then I would sugest checking the fuse first. This will be the quickest and easiest to check.

It would not be a blown bulb as the dash light would still show.

Failing that, I would also suggest as above that it may by the stalk that has gone so would need replacing.

on another note how much should i expect to pay for a rear wiper motor? and should i buy it from a fiat dealer?

wiper motors go for about 25quid give or take form scrappys and on ebay.

Fiat will try and sting you for near 3 times that.
