heres a pic of what i did earlier. it the heater control etc panel. it wasnt that hard to remove thepart but you just have to be confident about it and take your time. be patient and you will get a better result. i will take a photo of it tomorrow as its late and to cold to take a shot, but i have put everything back togetherhttp://www.network54.com/Realm/tmp/1076965508.JPG

How easy is it EJ? How many coats of each have u put on? (primer, paint, laquer)

primer= 3 coats
paint= 3 or 4 if needed coats
laquer= 2

Where can you get laquer??? I went to halfords when some bastard couldnt park and scrathed the side of my old astra and i got the primer and paint but they didnt seem to have any laquer. it didnt really need any for that anyway cos it was a beaten up peice of **** anyway. Do halfords not sell it or is the one near me just really bad.lol.

Halfords should have some but if they dont then your best bet is to search for your nearest store that mixes any paint for any kind of work.
