Technical Side window felt down

My side window of coue 16vt '95 has felt. I sat in the garage and checked that happened, it seems that one holder which holds the window has broken. So my question is how to repair it? Or is the only way to buy new ?

If it's broken you'll need a replacement part for a proper repair.

Do a lash up and it will go again.
As Chris has pointed out,buy and fit a new part.

Did as you told. Now my question is how do I adjust side window? What is the procedure? Any tutorial on this? I bought used motor, but now window are extremely slow... As I fited new motor, I greased everything, so I think I need to align them correctly.

Did you use silicone grease? Did you clean everything up first before greasing?

hello,
yes I removed all the rubber, brought it to my bath and washed everything, then I spraeyd it with silicone. I tried to move window with washed and lubed rubber by hand and if I hold window correctly it lifts easy but If I misalign it a bit it instantly gets hard to lift, I tried to align it but It is still slow. I think maybe the lifting motor are dying over time and slows down, but still have hope that it can be fixed
