Side Skirt Fixing Help...

hi, i have a pair of abarth side skirts on my car but ive never had the fixings that go under the car to help hold them in place. my local Fiat garage said they can't get them in so i was just wondering what they are, what they look like and moist importantly where do you think i could get some?

just put a self tapping screw in, works just as good
