I'm thinkin of changing those horrible orange indicators for some clear or blue one, but i cant seem to see how you actually get in behind the wing to get them out. Also is changing them a fairly straight forward job?

Attack them from the front very very carefully with a small screwdriver wrapped at the end with a tea towel or something similar. Get them from the front ad they should just pop out

Re: Re: side repeaters

They are really easy to get out, push them back then prise the front out like wimmy said. I replaced mine with the 'smoked' ones from fast fiat. The quality is absolute *rap but after a bit of fiddling they look better.

Re: Re: Re: side repeaters

alan, are your wing mirrors silver there? or just primered?

Re: Re: Re: Re: side repeaters

standard black, just catching the light wrong!

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: side repeaters

so are the repeaters clipped in or glued on?

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: side repeaters

be careful.. its far safer and easier to remove the wheel and stick ur hand in between the inner lining (just pull it back...its easier than it sounds). Now just squeeze together the indicator clips from the inside... and it'll push out!!!

u might be able to do it without removing the wheel... i did!

why didnt i think of taking the wheel off and taking a look up there. i feel so stupid! lol
