Since I have had my 2010 x250 Ducato I get a dash indicator that the near side light has an error. All the lights work normally. From what I’ve read, a previous owner might have put the wrong wattage globe in to the side light. Comments

Hi all,
Found the issue after reading the helpful advice on “side lights” found earlier.
I was told by the seller a year ago that he had the side light issue reported to the mechanic when last serviced. He said that everything was working properly and he couldn’t see an issue.
The blog within Fiat Forums spurred me on to take a further look.
After checking ALL the lights I found the number plate had one globe blown and a broken wire. Resoldered the wire and replaced the globe. Hey presto all the lights on and error disappeared from the dash. First time that’s worked since I’ve had the van. Thanks to rayc for his input.
