Been considering buying a shumacher front bumper for my stilo?
But not sure if it's worth it?
what do you guys think?
i like the look of it as it is. but do quite like the shumee

Desicions decisions

jon, (or jdn;)), the schuey bumper looks stunning with the mesh in place and a-b-a-r-t-h lettering on the mesh in the front centre recess. a user on here has done it and before i traded the prestigio in i was in the process of it as a project.
i'll try to seek the picture out - would look absolutely mint on your car, smart as it already is...

the shumacher stilo does look the buissness though. Grogeous looking, i think the bumper would look nice on yours, but it looks nice at the mo, so its whether you see any point in changing it.

you mean like this? ;)

JDN---hehe, you know you love it son.
i dont know if its worth the bumper though. as i do like the look of mine as it is.

ha, beat me to it - exactly that picture!
i personally think that is a great mod to a stilo, little bit unusual from the normal. of course, your car is fine as it is and that is possibly a £300job (parts / labour etc). your call really, depends what your budget is for future work and priorities for other areas in life.
its certainly something i was doing to my 2.4 - and whilst i've never been a fan of upbadging cars - yours could just about pull it off with so many other subtle tribute mods...

I was also looking into this, looks like a very choice mod. At the moment, mine is without the side skirts as well, so would definitely need the full kit as I'd want the rear bumper too. Would need to colour code the bump strips on mine as well to make it look right I think.

I do think though that the Stilo looks good either way. Adding the Schumacher kit just makes it look different. But certainly not in a bad way :)

If you have any luck with that, id like a shout. So much i wanna do to my car, and very little money to begin.

The serach is on for the shuemy kit then me thinks.

hello mate...yes if you can afford it then definately go for the schumi. I like it on mine and as you can see it does not clash with the abarth side skirts, i actually think the abarth skirts look better with the schumi bumper than the proper schumacher ones I also have the schumi spoiler fitted too although you cannot see it on my photo.

depends on whats available 2nd hand at the time - but at a guess, £800 from the dealers new? excluding fitting / painting.
the backbox is about another £300?
also there is a schumacher tailgate spoiler to complete the kit. for that, pay around £70-£100. i sold one to a user on here for £35 a few weeks back, the lucky b*gger knows who he is...
