After nearly 3 years, my Bravo has finally died.
I was looking for a new car, and the clutch was on it's way out, the gearbox was getting dodgy, the column switch had broke and my temporary light fix didn't work fantastically. She was dinted, scratched and scuffed before I got her yet the Bravo managed to go pretty much 3 years without a fault costing me more than £30.
I spent some cash, got some alloys, with Yokohoma A539 tyres (Very dodgy sized (£60 each)) and that was the cheapest tyre option. Not last weekend, the weekend before, some utter **** decided it would be great to knife them a few times, leaving me with a £120 quid bill. Since I'm looking for a new car, it seems silly spending the money 'cos I need it for the new car.
Thankfully some fella is happy to give me £130 for her and I think use her for parts, since the engine is pretty decent, and the interior needs only a clean.
I don't post much mind, but I do float around looking at projects and so on, but I'm pretty sure I'm moving over to the German VW side untill I can afford something a bit more Abarthy
