Technical setting up timing on 1.8 liter

changing heads on my 1.8 engine.replacement head does not have same timing marks(dot on outer cam wheel)....the replacement head has two little holes on each cam wheel,are these the timing marks ? thanks for your input

I believe so. (I know they are for 1976 and 77 Lancia Scorpions that share the same 1.8 liter twin cam.)
