General Seized and broken exhaust on '93 Panda

Hi Everyone
Just joined you all and I'd be grateful for your help sourcing parts.

On Friday my middle exhaust pipe snapped. The flexible joint was rusted solid and over time the pipe snapped in half. The front pipe and cat are OK as is the back box but sourcing the parts in between is proving difficult. Any thoughts welcomed please?
