Technical Seicento wont get more than 3k revs

The dads 1100cc 2003 seicento has just been for its mot and since then will not rev anything over 3000. The Mil light flashes and then stays on after you take the foot off the accelerator. Nothing is coming up on a diagnostic machine. Any suggestions?

The dads 1100cc 2003 seicento has just been for its mot and since then will not rev anything over 3000. The Mil light flashes and then stays on after you take the foot off the accelerator. Nothing is coming up on a diagnostic machine. Any suggestions?

Camshaft, crankshaft and carburettors sensors all changed. It appeared to be the crankshaft sensor which was the last to be changed (typical) and now car runs and revs fine. Only problem is that the light on the dashboard is still flashing. Had the diagnostic machine wipe the code that was there to start with, and light is still there. Any help with how to stop the light flashing now problem is fixed?
