General seicento indicator bulb

Help Please.
Just joined this forum because it looks like being the source of information i need.
My 2001 seicento has just blown a front offside indicator bulb.
Very cheap to fix.
But how do i get the old one out and the new one in ?.
There does not seem to be any access from inside the engine compartment.
How is it done ?.

The indicator is held in by a couple of lugs and a big spring. Unhitch the spring and it should just pop out, then you can get to the bulb.

I find it alot easier to just undo the single 8mm nut that holes the whole head light unit in. the indicator part stays connected to the head light.

Why on earth would I break out my socket set when it takes two seconds to unhitch a spring with my fingers and pull the indicator unit out?

Sorry to be frank, but that's just silly!

well im normally always around tools anyway. also I find it a bastard trying to get that spring back on (always unhooks from the indicator housing) ... might be just on my car.

Anyway mate its just a suggestion!!!

haha I keep forgeting about them sei!
imho they should have there own section on here cos there not at all the same car as the cinq are they?
