Technical Seicento 900cc Chip

OK, to cut it short, I am considering buying a chip for my 900cc seicento, however, mcrich has said that there has been no tests to provide evidence for power gains.

Is there anyone out there who has had the chip fitted who could let me know whether they have experienced power gains?

might be worth getting something done like this rather than bothering with a chip

Which chip are you considering? if you have seen the ebay chip things dont bother

i ran the mckrich chip in my 899 seicento before, went bit better but was very juicy

If it's not a chip designed for an 889, then it's unlikely to be effective: after all, you're talking about an engine with different fuelling and ignition needs, of smaller capacity and with the camshaft in the wrong place!
