Hi, I'm new to this forum and new to owning a Fiat :)

I've just bought a Sei 1.1 schuy edition

Any tuning modifications that I can do to it without being too extreme ? I'm not bothered about turboing etc..

I have a list of small mods such as

Full stainless manifold
Full racing exhaust
Heat wrap
Enclosed air filter
And a much larger alluminium radiator for extra cooling
And possibly a cooling mist spray
Ecu chip/remap
I know these mods are not amaizing but hopefully noticeable ? Possibly providing an extra 15- 20 bhp in the real world ? I'm not bothered about top end I much prefer pull off speeds.

I've been told I can inject methanol ? Or is that only for turbo cars ?

Any info on any gearboxes that fit the 1.1 ?

One of my friends suggest I put the 1.2 8v 60 punto engine in also ?

If I was to do this what would I need ?

The punto engine
Ecu
New full exhaust
Crank señor ?
Oil sensors ?
Drive shafts ?
Mounts ?
Or do they go straight in with only changing the ecu, wiring and exhaust ?

Any help would be great ?

Thank you all :)

Pretty much all the Punto engine stuff is in the FAQs/Guides in the Cinquecento/Seicento section.

Late Sei MPI ECUs are said to be remappable, early MPI ones are not. SPI cars are much easier to tune. Finding out which you have -- see the guides -- should be your first priority.

You already have an enclosed air filter (assuming the car is stock).

15-20bhp is a pretty big increase on a car producing 54bhp.
A bigger radiator won't gain you anything, but a water temperature guage is a good modification.
Heat wrap is probably a waste of time.
Cooling mist spray? Expensive, and I've never, ever, seen it fitted to a normally aspirated car.

See the guides/FAQs, get back.

And welcome.
