Technical Sei lowering springs

Sorry if I'm asking too many questions but I wanted to know if a set of 30 - 40mm lowering springs would work alright with the standard shocks and dampers.

Is it worth upgrading them?

Yes and yes. The question about upgrading the shocks is really about how far you want to go. Any of the decent manufacturers (Bilstein, Koni, Munroe) will offer replacement shocks which will outperform the ones you have at the moment.

Or the Spax set up for the Sei is said to be good (springs and adjustable dampers) at a reasonable cost.
