My Sei sporting is idling at around 1250 rpm, which sounds too high to me.I've tried switching the red and black pipes that connect to the air box,but no joy.I've checked a couple of times for hose leaks and re-torqued the throttle body bolts.Could it be an electrical fault?

could be a faulty idle valve stepper motor, try swapping it with another cinq/sei or if you cant get hold of one take it to have it looked at.

Had the same problem on my Sei sporting -1250 - 1500 rpm idle ever since I bought it.

I saw a post on this Forum yesterday & solved it.

The were two pipes on the back of the throttle body and I just swapped them round.

Both the same size, one above the other - Manifold breather pipe & Vacuum pipe I think.

2 Minute job - just need the airbox off and swap the round.
