I guess the subject says it all, but are the number plates on a Sedici 'stuck on', as I see no screws?

Any knowledge appreciated…

Piers.

Will depend on the original selling dealer. If no screws, then stuck on. This system works well, with no holes drilled, if done properly. Car, plate and sticky pads need to be warm and dry, then they stick well. If car is cold, they fall off in about a week.

If its on firmly, why worry.

I guess it's because I'm changing my number plate to a personalised one, so need to take off the original one, which appears to be stuck on, as there are no screw holes...

Tug at the edges and try to determine where the pads are. Could be two or three, should be vertical, but you never know.

Heat the area with a hairdryer and when hot, pull at the plate to gently release. Some swearing may be necessary. A hot air gun will also work, but be careful not to damage paint or melt the plate onto your hands.
