I'm a new member, a first-time Fiat owner and I've just acquired a diesel Sedici.
I love the car but so far it's just not loved me back!
I've done less than 500 miles in the car and it's now back in the garage for it's third visit.
It seems the Diesel Particulate Filter was SO blocked it was in fact choking the engine, my local garage have kindly been taking all the exhaust apart to try and clean the filter because a new one from Fiat was quoted at a staggering £2500!
Now they are saying that the exhaust is so sooted up it may need new injectors and a new turbo all of which is more than the car is worth.
My husband says he may be able to clean the injectors and turbo but would like to have a manual so he knows what he's up against - I've looked on ebay but no joy.
Can anyone out there help me?
