seat subframe ( change seats)

can anyone help ???
i have front and back seats (recaro leather) out of a f reg golf.Will the front seat sub frame from my bravo fit the recaro's . if not is there any fitment i could use. i know i can just put the leather trim off thre top of the range bravo (or whatever) but trying to get hold of these is like finding rockin horse poo... and the back seats need re trimming,do's any one know if they can use the leather from the back golf seats as they are 1/2 grey 1/2 blue same as the front seats ..so can any please help ???

you can get universal subframes from places like deamon tweeks and motorworld etc or larkspeed. they will work mate

The universal subframes are to fit aftermarket seats like Cobras etc.. Not seats from other cars. These aftermarket seats have a standard fixing pattern which allows them to fix the universal subframes.

Its not impossible, just needs a bit of welding and tearing apart your old seats.
