Lol - not at all! When I first saw this picture I thought, hang on that is my car! Is anybody fixing it for me :)?

As far as I could understand your problem is with the clutch slave cylinder - don't know how easy it is to refurb it. It's easy to remove. The slave cylinder housing is fixed to the gearbox with two bolts (if memory doesn't fail me they are 13mm hex bolts) and then there's a bracket that is bolt on to the front gearbox support - 19mm hex bolt (next to the ground terminal). The best thing to do is to jack the car up, remove the wheel and you will see these 3 bolts.

Let us know if you have any problems. I'll try to take some pictures tonight once I get home if you need.

Good luck :)

Thx man wil try my bestest to do it myself, i just wana know what has failed inside in order to buy the parts as my lil UNO is a working horse and cant afford to stand under a garage roof not even for one day...Lol ok mybe over the weekend i'll have a look under the hood.

thanx man for your reply it realy helps as it is becoming awfully quite around here which scares the crap ou-ta-me.

(Gears just feel stuffy when i swift when i accelerate hard in 2nd gear to 3rd, it struggles to release, only under normal driving it seems fine, but gears still stuffy or stiff to release when i shift.)

It might be worth oiling the shaft pivot if the lever isnt releasing properly Maxi, as when the slave cylinder going it usually results in the clutch not getting enough travel to release the clutch properly, not a problem.

I`d do the top one (just under where the slave cylinder is) with a thin aerosol lube like WD40 while someone else is pumping the clutch pedal.

If your a good aim & have a narrow `jet` type aerosol nozzle (& a torch), I`d do the bottom one too via the timing mark hole.

Check the fluid level too (& make sure the right oils in it!).

Hi guys,

first i replaced the master cylinder of clutch(some time ago), the local mech told me to replace the slave cylinder seals too that's under discussion. so i bought the darn seals today..going to unscrew and see if i can replace them tonite. will be back here with feedback.

thanx once again for all you guys input i realy do appreciate(y)

Topic solved:
replaced rubbers in side slave cylinder and bleeded the system, gears still abit choppy but its because i was in a hurry.
