Technical Scudo van 2013 no Washers no horn airbag light on

Any Ideas
No windscreen washers/Horn/Air bag light on

I changed the under bonnet fuse relay board which was purchased from ebay windscreen Washers worked but nothing else and no start.
Am I on the right track?
Any suggestions would be appreciated
