Hi I am a newbie so hope I posted in the right place. I have a scudo with intermittent p2562 code. I’ve changed turbo actuator, changed solenoid valves, changed vacuum hoses, vac pump pulling 25 inches vacuum. Anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for wiring to the control solenoids. I am hoping to check the wiring if I can get a diagram. Any suggestions regarding this problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to any replies.

Sometimes the description on diagnostics is just indicating a vague direction to look at.
For example a loss of turbo pressure due to a leak in intercooler or pipes may give similar codes, I had it where the actual problem was a leak at a EGR cooler gasket on inlet manifold on a 1.6 Doblo.
To find that fault may need a "smoke test".:)

Thanks for replying never gave a thought about intercooler pipes. I will check out and see if I can find any leaks. Cheers.

I have a new egr valve to fit but waiting for a gasket been on order 5 months at local dealer. Fiat have been moving their parts warehouse in Italy and taking longer for parts to arrive. This may resolve my problem?🥹

Is yours a Fiat 2.0 HDi or a Peugeot 2.0 , the reason I ask is I have a 2010 Scudo with the Peugeot engine which is a RHR 16 valve 2.0 litre Series, but I am not sure if the one you have is more like the 1.6MJ in the Doblos I have.
It was the 1.6 Doblo MJ that in the end was the gasket blowing on a three bolt flange going into back of inlet manifold.
I had already tried pressure testing the intercooler and hoses from turbo onwards and tightened some leaking hose clamps but only a smoke test showed the leak at manifold.

Hi mine is a 2.0 hdi rh02 engine which is different to yours but I imagine they could have similar problems. I’m going to look into intake leaks but can’t hear any whistles or hissing I was thinking of getting a leak detection spray to check pipes etc. I am also thinking my problem maybe a broken wire in the harness but can’t find a wiring diagram so I can check where the wires go from the solenoids.🤔😂

Not sure if leak spray will do much.
If you have a leak and spray with soapy water it may show bubbles when revved up so turbo working, but the smoke test shows small leaks as the smoke escapes in odd places that you may not see normally.
With petrol engines spraying with brake cleaner makes the engine rev up a bit as engine is sucking the stuff in , but with a turbo diesel inlet would be under pressure blowing it out.
So is yours a Fiat or Peugeot engine as I found quite a bit of information on my Scudo from Peugeot Forums.
Looking at RH02 engine pics , it looks pretty similar, to the RHR engine, the older engines were only 8 valve.
High pressure pump on opposite end to cam belt. Also all the turbo gear including EGR Cooler, heater plugs etc. stuffed down the back by the bulkhead:(:(

Hi think it’s Peugeot engine as you described 😝 what a pain to get to the solenoids. I’ve tie wrapped the turbo solenoid to intake to make it easier to access. I found faulty turbo solenoid which I replaced with 1 from eBay which didn’t last long, when you blow in any of the ports air comes out the other 2 ports 😳. Got 1 that works but waiting for OE replacement 🥹🥹🥹👍. Fingers crossed but would like to check wiring, got 12v on 1 side of solenoid but don’t know where othe wire goes to ecu. 😳😳

I don't have any wiring diagrams, main issue for me was heater plugs which I had to remove all the EGR cooler side to access, need to be a gynecologist to work on some vehicles.;)
I do have an endoscope type camera which helped.

Lol makes you wonder how they assemble these vehicles. Can’t see what you’re working on and can’t get your hands to fit lol
