are these back parts in red loops structural. can they be removed. the black ladder behined drivers seat, and white baseplate back of the seats at the base
As far as I know they are not structural, merely as being a van it is to protect the driver from an unsecured load. I imagine a good kick would bend them

Sorry I have just realised you meant the white bit as well. I think you will find that is spot welded in at the factory so is probably a structural stiffening piece and is more of a box section.
As ‘bugs’ says, the frame isn’t structural, it’s to stop loads hitting you…it also stops the seat collapsing if you’re rear-ended. The white panel is indeed structural
