Im thinking about painting the bumpers on mine to colour code them with the rest of the paintwork. maybe get a matt silver grille too.

Too much has changed since this post over a year ago.

I'm hoping to complete it soon. One thing and last thing will be a full respray.

I've been messing with this van 8 years. First two it wasn't touched.

Time brings big success with amazing results.

This picture even has the original front end on!! It certainly stood out with all the vinyl stickers on it!!!

I'm still compiling a final list of mods and fix's. it's just insane.

She looks better with the mk2 front end on. Which was a dodle to do.

was gonna ask bout the front end upgrade... did you get it as a kit? if so where from as i would like to get one for my doblo. i notice that the wings had to be replaced, are they just bolt on or welded.
any other tips or info would be great thanks.

Get the entire front end of a mk 2.

Bonnet, wings, slam panel, front bumper, grill, headlights and fogs. I payed 400 all in eventually. Just don't forget to get the actual wiring connectors for the headlights. Took me 5 hours to do. Also sold front end I removed for 350 so I was laughing like a good one.
