I handed my notice in today, i gave it my teamleader who gave it my manager and she hasnt even bothered to speak to me

Hmmm my exit interview will be interesting, i wonder if thats why she is staying out my way?!

So the company understands why you are leaving and to make sure the reason the reason why you are leaving isnt anything to do with the company. I have loads of stuff on my manager and how she picks on people, this will be mentioned.
