Wow that is a great guide.
As i just want to take the seat base to bits ( idealy just loosen one side to slide a new foam part in). im still a bit confused how i can do it.
I was wondering if i can just prise the clips off underneath and lift it up enough?
ideally best to follow that guide til the seat is nothing but frame and foam easier to get it out then,i had this when my seat frame snapped so i got another seat swapped covers over and same time repaired the foam while it was easy to get too, clips come of easy enough,i just used small cables ties to put back together and still looked good as new after
My saggy seat fix.
30mm high density foam cut into 50mm strips.
Flip seat forward offer up foam to seat base mark up length from one side to other, cut to size.
Thread through seat bottom holes left to right, a bit of pushing and pulling needed.
start at the rear and continue cutting and pushing through until you get to the front holes.
Test sitting after each one, i didnt need the front doing.
Much firmer and you sit better in the seat, less slouched.
The base bolsters has flattened out a bit but i expect them to get better the more i use the seat.
Takes about half an hour.
