Hi again needing help finding parts for my 1992 panda. I have noticed the recently that the body sills are quite rusty to the point that it mright be a failure at my next m.o.t. So the question is it still possible to buy replacement sill panels. Or am I best just getting some sheet metal and makeing them up myself. Thanks

They should be able to get you outer sill panels, around £80 a side. Fairly expensive but you get the bottom of the rear quarter panel and A panel included.
Unless they are gone all the way along you might be better just doing some localised repairs and fabricating your own repair panels.

cut the old rust out back to clean metal (try to get it as square as possible). weld in a new bit.
rust proof/paint both sides of the welded plate.. its should never rust again until the paint fails.

Yes, cut all the rotten metal out and it should last a while if properly protected, ofcourse in lots of cases you have to cut a lot of metal out to get back to properly solid stuff, which is when you start to need panels to do a decent job.
