General Rusty jacking point

Hi, I have a Burstner 747 Motorhome on an 05 plate.
The osf jacking point plus the box section its attached to is like puff pastry with rust, can this section be purchased so I can get it cut out and re welded back in?

Any decent garage should be able to fabricate a new section. It might be worth doing an online search for replacement Ducato body panels, something might show up.
