Punto (Mk2/2b) running problems

my fiat punto struggles to keep goin on low revs????

when on tick over revs go up and down when slowing down to a stop it cuts out

Which punto you got? Im guessing a mk2? Also mine did this cause of the throttle body so it could be sticking so worth giving it a clean theres a guide on here to do that.
