Technical Running out of vacuum?

By the third push on the brakes there is no servo assist left and it's getting a bit frightening. I have replaced the servo, the vacuum pump, the rear compensator and the fluid with no improvement. Any similar experience or ideas please?

Check That The End Of The Camshaft Is Not Worn Were The Vac Pump Takes It Drive Off, Was A Common Problem!!
