I have been trying to get my ecodrive to work for some time.
It used to work fine, then last Autumn, when I updated my computer, all the readings showed as zero.
The car (Grande Punto) is still under warranty, so I asked my dealer to mend it. He had not heard of ecodrive, and said that I was the first customer to mention it. So no help there.
I tried contacting Fiat (no response) and eventually posted a comment on the ecodrive Facebook page during their competition. This got an immediate response from them, and I was given a contact at the software developers akqa. This resulted in emails to and from akqa, and I passed my data from my usb stick to them, for them to work on.
This correspondance lasted until until January, with lots of promises that they were 'looking into it'. Suddenly my emails are not answered any more, and so here I am with the Fiat Forum asking for your advice.
Could you tell me who I should contact, or what to do, which will not infringe the warranty. - Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.
