Hi, and welcome to FF,

what age panda ?, what engine ??,

in the Twinair.. that's the power coming on strong

could be a blowing exhaust component/ seal,
or a vibration.. what state it the cam-cover breather in..,

Its 2004 model just a had the central exhaust replaced ,there is a vibration at 1500 revs

take it back,
probably incorrectly installed.. but either way it's down to the supplier to correct it,
