ok i know the brao has one reverse light

but at the frnt i got rid of my bottom 2 fog lights
and the back i got rid of the bottom 2 pod lights as well

meaning there is one visible fog light at the back

i)is there a way to convert this fog light into a reverse light>>

ii)is it legal to not have a single fog light???

iii)do i need a different cluster?? seeing as the lens wont be clear??

iv)if all this is poissible what can be done about the dash switch re: fog seeing as there is no fog light will it stil be an active switch??

1) You have to have a rear fog light to pass an MOT.

2) Think the european Bravo's have the fog and reverse lights the other way round, so you could get a rear light cluster for the required side with the required lens (ebay ?)

3) Wiring - Your guess is as good as mine ... ;)

any mention of a field MOt puts me off for life lol
ill forget it then
silly considerin im sure i have seen car without fog lights??

although im sure not having a reverse light on a car is also legal
correct me if im wrong as it sounds silly but it is legal

ACID,

I may be wrong but I reckon that for MOT's the situation is largely this; if you have provision for an item (say reversing light) then said item must work.
However, if there is no reversing light on the car, then you're OK.

I have had kit cars with no reversing light on, and they passed MOT's, my latest kit car did have an after markey fog light on, it was just bolted underneath the body, however, after knocking it off, there was no sign that a fog lamp had ever been there, and it passed its MOT last week
