Technical Rev/Mileage Counter Punto Mk2

Can anyone help me ? i had a normal (basic) mileage counter in my punto mk2 i bought one with a rev/temp gauge. i have fitted it and it works fine but the lcd display flashes constently does anyone know why ? or how 2 stop it ? i know i need to get the mileage altered at the fiat dealer could that be the reason why ?

You will need to either take it to your Fiat dealer or a car electrician with the right equipment. Fiat are likely to charge a small fortune, so the latter would be a better alternative. A car electrician can change the mileage as well.

Tubi - the Mk2 has all the connections already in place. If you plug a pod from a higher Punto (one with a rev counter) it will work straight away.
