rev counter for 1.4

hey guys im after a rev counter for my 1.4.....if it possible anyhow. the dash dnt got one and im changin gear way to quick which results in poorer acceleration

is it poss to buy a rev counter pod and hook it up to dash or isnt there a feed to it.
help most appreciated

Thats coming from a 1.4 owner!!

This might sound daft but could you not just change gear a bit slower? Sound of the engine tells you when to change gear.

ye true.lol but i jus want a few litle dials upfront and i aint got a rev counter so sounded like a good idea. along wit oil and temp

I got a rev counter I used in my metro which is lying around at home, just need to attach it to the coil by one wire and the lighting loom if u want back light in it!
