It's very simple to replace a seat. 2 x connectors on the bottom, airbag and that annoying seat belt alarm then undo 4 bolts with an inset hex head and the seat lifts right out. The rear seat backs have 2 bolts at each side bolting to the side of the car. Undo them. Then hex head in the middle of the split fold, undo that. Life the seat backs out. Then undo the bolts that hold the bottom of the seat in, if you were sitting on the back seat your calf would touch them if you pressed your legs back. There's 2 or 3 down there. Unbolt them and the seat base lifts out. I have pics somewhere. I'll see if I can dig them out.

You can see the mounting bolt holes and the 2 connectors in this shot of my passenger footwell (seat removed):

I haven't pulled the door cards off but I think someone wrote a sound deadening guide that might have outlined that. I can't imagine its terribly difficult.
