I have previously retro-fitted the factory satnav/phone/dsp/changer to an Alfa 166 (which was a task and a half and needed a complete interior removal/loom overhaul) but just wondering if anyone has previously retro fitted the Connect Nav+ to their Croma?
If yes, was it simply a case of "plug and play" or did you need to replace or add to the existing loom? Microphone/GSM aerials would not be an issue to sort, but just wondering if there is anything more than those additions required - the Alfa had a separate nav disc reader in the boot. Additional steering wheel controls would be nice but lived without them in the Alfa.
Not looking for the merits as to whether the CN+ is actually any good or not, but just wondering whats involved in case one comes to light at a reasonable price and if it did whether I would also need to rescue the loom.....
Thanks for any assistance on this.
