reprogramming alarm C/L remote

hey all, does any one have any idea how to reprogam a different key fob remote(from a different car) basically to open doors and turn on/off alarm (obviously not the immobilisor) effectivly just to act as seperate alarm fob??
i tried what it says in the manual about pressing in the button by sun roof and press the remote button but nothin doin!
any ideas????

Especailly when it's Fiat or Alfa Main Dealer.

Mind syou - Mazda dealers are equally apalling. Thankfully, they're not often needed!
