replacing windscreen with autoglass

Right, i have a huge crack in my windscreen so im gonna book online with autoglass.

What is the process?

I am fully comp with aviva who say it will just cost me my excess (£75) to replace it.

So if i book with autoglass...how do i Pay the 75? I don't know the process to do it lol.

You can call Autoglass and arrange the replacement at a time and date to suit you.

You can either make a payment over the phone, or I think you can pay in cash on the day?

I've only ever paid over the phone, but never had any trouble.

I'd use anyone but Autoglass personally! Heard and experienced to many issues personally!!

They use OEM screen or pattern part?

Get in touch with your insurance company , they will advise you, as to if they contact them or you do ,etc eaisiest way .
