Replacing my graphics card, suggestions?

My 8800GTS is dying, after about 3 years of ownership the driver repeatedly crashes and the card is failing. It's apparently a common problem for the 8800 and a general hardware failure.

So I need a new card! I would like to go down the nVidia route just because I generally like and trust them although an ATi (AMD) card would be an option for the right price.
Budget is fairly low around £150, needs to give similar performance to my 8800GTS but hopefully with more VRAM (640MB isn't enough anymore).

Found that card on novatech.co.uk (great website have had good customer support etc from them) for £120 (see here)

However this one has half the VRAM is a little slower but I prefer the look of it Despite the fact it's going to be in my case and I'll never see it..... there's something wrong with me.

even a £30 card will be an upgrade compared a geforce 8800 now-a-days. i got a GT610 for about £40ish and that kicked the pants of my old 8400GT.
