No it wont take the paint off, you can use a heat gun/hair dryer to be extra safe.

well ive bought some black gloss vinyl so might give it a go but its growing on me the more i see it like that

Hi guys, I changed the vinyl as well but I destroyed the rubber window trim while removing it...is there replacement part for these rubber trims?i was searching on eBay but can't find anything!

i pulled the tatty old stuff off and got round to replacing the it yesterday. The trim next to the wing mirrors just lifts off at that point. The one at the other side just just used a screwdriver behind to open it up a bit but it was windy so the vinyl got covered in stuff so i never got it done.

Mine are terrible. Look like a single layer of fibreglass with a single layer of paint over the top! Original owner must if used something ridiculous to clean the car....
Went to a local fiat garage. £16/£17 per sticker without fitting if you want the official fiat ones. Think I'll just rip mine off and Plastidip them when I get chance.
