Technical Replace radio unit

Hi. The Toad, my 2009 Qubo, is in having full service and brakes sorted.

A previous owner fitted a different head unit. I would prefer an original one if at all possible. Toad has controls for hands free phone useage on the steering wheel so I guess that the Blue and you unit is under the passenger seat.

Does anyone have a picture of the front of the original unit, with Blue and whatever, as I have found a replacement but there are no buttons for the phone control on the front.

I have found a new radio unit, well second hand, from a 2009 diesel manual and with an identical steering wheel to mine. Anything I should look out for when replacing the normal unit that someone has fitted with the original (new to me) Fiat radio? Thanks.
