Technical Removing wiper arm

I'm trying to remove the wiper arm of a Marea I've found in scrappies.
Now I took off the 12mm nut at the bottom of the arm and thought it would lift off. It won't!
Is it seized on or is there more to taking the arm off than 1 12mm nut?

once the nut is off,hit the arm till it comes free. there is nothing else holding the arm on.........

Hi, they tend to seize with age. Undo the bolt, take the washer out (otherwise it'll fly away) and apply some force on the arm in different directions. Eventually it will become loose and go off.

flip the wiper out otherwise it wont come off, then give it a good pull from the base.

Actually I didn't.
Gave up in the end. But yeah doubt that car is even still there since the scrappies has since closed. Thanks for the offer though.
