General Removing Rear Vision Mirror?

I have a 1992 Selecta - the mirror is tiny and has a lot of moisture trapped between the layers, making night driving pretty difficult.
I'd like to replace it with a wider mirror, but can't work out how to remove the current one
Anyone had any luck with this?

The whole unit is incorporated within the interior light also, two + screws to undo under the light cover.

I don't know if the mirror can be removed on its own or not.

The mirror can be removed from the holder and cleaned...makes a huge difference and goes back to new. Removing the whole unit couldn't be easier.
